Bio

I am a Royal Norwegian Air Force academy graduate. I retired from the Psychological Services in the Norwegian Defence in 2008 with the rank of Major. When I retired I was holding the role of project manager for the chief of the Defences top female leadership program. I am a UNPROFOR veteran and have work experience from the UNHQ NY, the Norwegian Mission to the UN in NY, Accenture and Manpower group/Right Management.

I hold a Master’s degree in organisational and leadership development. My first introduction to the field of In­teg­rat­ive Body-Ori­en­ted where through participation at the 3 year long energy & consciousness program conducted by Siegmar Gerken, Ph.D. International Institute for Core Evolution®.

I am a trained gestalt therapist MNGF/EAGT from the Norwegian Gestalt Institute AS (NGI). I participated at GATLAs European Summer Residential Gestalt Therapy Training (2015, 2016) including couples training in 2016. I graduated from Center for somatic Studies, the Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy training in March 2019.

Today I work mainly with organisational change, holding the role as program lead, organisational development, innovation and culture change, in Fredrikstad Municipality. In Fredrikstad, we are exploring creative interventions for cross section teaming, cross-sector leadership, exploration, experimentation, change and innovation in communal services. Fafo[1], is currently conduction research on our culture development intervention Talkshop or Prekesjappe as we say in Norwegian.

Talkshop has been “grasped” (Frank 2001) locally and nationally as a best practice solution for conducting change processes in the Municipal Health and welfare sector in Norway. The multilevel process is supervised by Malcolm Parlett, Future Sense, UK.
