Bio
is a German Gestalt therapist, based in Paris (France), aged 49. She has been accompanying adults and young adults, mainly women through conflicts and crisis for more than 15 years. She is a graduate in curative pedagogy and an Esalen® Massage Practitioner. Her experiences include body therapy, yoga, massage, meditation and relaxation. She offers individual therapy in German, French and English.
She completed a Somatic Trauma Therapy Training with Babette Rothschild. She supports adults and young adults who need help after a trauma to stabilize themselves, feel safe again and stop their flashbacks.
Laura Perls Gestalt style and her developed contact-support-cycle keeps inspiring her and she is curious about how her heritage is still alive in the Gestalt community in New York.
