Braun Nataliya


Natalia Braun, MSc, CCISM, has spent over a decade in the corporate world prior to transitioning into psychology and counseling. She has been training in gestalt and expressive arts therapies since 2014 and earned her MSc in psychology from the University of Derby, UK. Natalia is multilingual and works with individuals from all over the world in her private practice in Switzerland. She is engaged in critical psychology, embodiment practices and research projects around the topics of mental health. One of the projects includes the research on the influence of dance on embodied self-awareness and wellbeing conducted with the University of Derby. She has been a passionate dance practitioner since over 20 years, particularly in Cuban salsa, Afro-Cuban dances, Rueda de Casino, etc., and this experience informs and enriches her gestalt practice. Along with dance, she has been engaged in other expressive arts like theatre, playing piano and guitar or writing poems. Natalia is also a longstanding journalist. More information on her homepage:
